Brioche Trifle

A Classic UK dessert recipe! Our Pains au lait brings softness to this irresistible dessert and gives it a unique taste. This recipe can be either made for 4 individual portions or one big portion.


  • 2 Brioche Pasquier Pains au lait
  • 60ml Custard
  • 12 Strawberries
  • Whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp Flaked almonds


  1. Cut the pains au lait in layers. 
  2. Put half a Pain au lait at the bottom of each sunday glass.
  3. Pour the custard on top then, cut the strawberries in slices and place them up straight in the sunday glass.
  4. Add the whipped cream. 
  5. Finish with a sprinkle of flaked almonds on top.
