Egg and Cress Sandwich

A classic British sandwich. The sweetness of the pains au lait brings a new flavour and another way of eating an egg and cress sandwich.  


  • 4 Brioche Pasquier Pains au lait
  • 4 eggs
  • 4tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 punnet Cress
  • Salt and balck pepper


  1. Boil some water in a saucepan. Once the water is boiled put the egg in and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mash the egg and add the mayonnaise. Chop the cress and add to the mix with salt and black pepper.
  3. Cut the pains au lait in half lengthwise and spread the egg mix on the bottom half.
  4. Serve after 5 minutes

Ready to be served!
